Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Vitality Rewards Programme ("the Programme"). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Points Earning:

1.2 Rewards will be awarded to the participant once the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase using the unique referral link provided.
Points Redemption:
2.1 Participants can redeem their accumulated points for rewards available on the Programme.
2.2 The list of available rewards and the number of points required for redemption will be provided in the Rewards Widget.
2.3 Points can only be redeemed by the participant and are non-transferable.
Points Expiry:
3.1 Points earned in the Programme have an expiration period of 12 months from the date of earning.
3.2 Expired points will be automatically deducted from the participant's account at the end of the expiry period.
3.3 Participants will receive notifications regarding the approaching expiry of their points via email or other communication channels provided.
Membership Tiers:
4.1 The Programme offers membership tiers to participants based on their cumulative points earned within a specified time frame.
4.2 Membership tier levels, benefits, and qualifying criteria will be outlined in the Rewards Widget.
4.3 Crafti reserves the right to adjust the membership tiers, benefits, and qualifying criteria at its discretion.
4.4 The membership tier achieved by a participant will be determined based on the total points earned and maintained during the specified time frame.

5.1 Crafti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Programme.
5.3 Crafti reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Programme in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.
5.4 Crafti's decision on all matters relating to the Programme, including the awarding and redemption of points, shall be final and binding.
